Our gorgeous Walton Hall campus is just one of the many things we’re proud of at The OU. Set on parklands, with plenty of green spaces, cycle routes and walks nearby, its natural beauty is just one of the many draws of studying with us.
Facilities
OU Library
Our Walton Hall campus Library Building has a range of resources and facilities for you to use throughout the week, including bookable meeting rooms and quiet study spaces. It is also host to the Postgraduate Research Student Common Room, which is a hub for the cross-faculty community.
Campus dining
We have a fantastic lively on-campus restaurant, the Hub, where groups of research students meet throughout the day; in good weather, we sit out with paninis and coffee on the beautiful Mulberry lawn. The friendly Barista Bar provides hot drinks and treats.
Keeping fit and clubs
Across the week, you can attend a variety of club sessions from dance, martial arts, choir, music clubs, ultimate frisbee and table-top games. We also offer facilities such as tennis courts, squash courts, football pitches and cricket grounds.
